Terms and Conditions
By renting either equipment or booking any stays at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Rental Agreement
This is the general rental agreement. It lists liability and general house rules that you agree to by booking with us!
Product rental agreement
This is the agreement required for renting any equipment such as pontoons, jet skis, etc.
Credit Authorization agreement
This agreement states that you must provide us with a credit card to keep on file in the event of accidental damages.
Refund policy agreement
This is the refund/cancellation policy for both renting the cabins as well as the equipment.
